Our Multi-Stop Itinerary Planning service is for more complex journeys—think Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and beyond— and includes the full white-glove experience: custom proposals, transportation (air, rail, transfers, boats as needed), curated tours and experiences, dining and spa reservations, and more. We’ll refine your itinerary until it’s just right—then handle all the bookings for you.
Planning Fee: Starts at $500 for 7 nights for two travelers, with pricing adjusted based on trip length, complexity, and number of guests.

The more I know, the better I can customize everything to fit you perfectly. And when needed, we will schedule a complimentary consultation call.
Once you’ve seen the proposed itinerary and options, we’ll collaborate together to fine tune the trip for you. Provide as much, or as little, input as you wish. Once you love the plan and everything is approved, I’ll take care of all the bookings—hotels, activities, transfers, restaurants, and anything else you need.
We get to work on creating and designing the perfect itinerary for you! Using our destination expertise and partnerships, we’ll tailor a plan that fits your specific needs and wishes. The curated proposal will include hotels, transfers, experiences and finding those special VIP touches along the way that you may not find online.
